Terms of service
Effective 15 October 2026.
These terms govern your use of BotWarden, a service of Equ.Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By signing in to BotWarden you accept these terms. If you use BotWarden for a company, that company's agreement with us also applies, and it prevails where it differs from these terms.
The service
BotWarden is in a private pilot. We provide it to invited members of participating companies. Features can change, and we can suspend or end the pilot.
Your account
- Your company invites you and controls your membership. It can change your access or remove you.
- Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
- You can connect your own accounts, such as Google Workspace, and revoke each connection at any time.
Acceptable use
Do not use BotWarden to break the law, to harm others, to get access you are not permitted to have, to send spam, or to interfere with the service or other users. Follow your company's policies and the terms of each service you connect.
Bots and their output
Bots use AI models that can make mistakes. Check a bot's output before you rely on it. A bot asks for your approval before it changes data in a connected service where the service supports this, and you are responsible for the changes you approve.
Your content
You and your company keep your rights in the content you give to BotWarden and the content bots make for you. We use it only to provide the service, as the privacy policy describes.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent the law permits, we provide the pilot "as is", without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes
We can change these terms. We show the new effective date on this page, and we tell companies of material changes.
